Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Siro application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and the independent developer of Siro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). For questions, contact us at hello@siro.app.

2. Description of Service

Siro is an Android application that reads network usage statistics from your device using the Android NetworkStatsManager API. The App displays per-app data usage, real-time connection speed, usage history, and related analytics.

Siro operates locally on your device. An optional cloud backup feature (Siro Pro) uses Google Drive to store your usage history.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Siro Pro Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

Siro Pro is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Current prices are displayed in the App and on the Pricing page. Prices may vary by region.

4.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are governed by Google Play’s refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. You may request a refund through Google Play within the applicable window.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of Siro Pro after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Grant the Usage Access permission required for Siro to function
• Use the App only as permitted by applicable law
• Not attempt to circumvent the subscription verification system

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Usage statistics will be perfectly accurate (Android OS controls the underlying data)
• The App will meet all your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with:

• Google Firebase — crash reporting
• Google Drive — optional cloud backup
• RevenueCat — subscription management

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct of these third-party services.

9. Availability and Updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with that law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
